Access

Do I need an employer account to start?

No. Individuals may enroll directly. Employer-sponsored seats use the same curriculum with optional invoicing arranged through the contact form.

Which browsers are supported for live sessions?

Current Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge with WebRTC enabled. Internet Explorer modes are not supported.

Labs

What happens if a lab region is under maintenance?

We publish maintenance windows at least 48 hours ahead when possible. If an unplanned outage exceeds the SLA in your tier, we document credit options in writing.

Can I download the entire lab image archive?

No. Large bundles stay in the hosted environment to protect upstream licensing and to keep disk snapshots consistent for mentors.

Mentorship

How specific should deployment artifacts be?

Include architecture notes, test evidence, and rollback steps. Vague screenshots without context may be returned for revision without consuming a full review cycle.

Are mentors available on public holidays in Korea?

Coverage is reduced; asynchronous feedback may slip by one business day. Real-time sessions are not scheduled on national holidays.

Policies

Where are certificates described?

Certificate language is included in each course outline. We do not imply external accreditation unless explicitly stated for a module.

What is not included in tuition?

Cloud spend beyond sandbox quotas, third-party exam vouchers, and travel for optional in-person intensives are excluded unless a written bundle says otherwise.

Can I share login credentials with a colleague?

No. Shared credentials violate the Terms of Use and may trigger immediate suspension without refund.

How do I report a security issue in coursework?

Email hello@browse-feedview.digital with “Security” in the subject. Do not post exploit details in public forums before we acknowledge receipt.
