About Pipeline Harbor

We formed around a simple constraint: learners should rehearse the same delivery rituals they will use at work—merge requests, observability checklists, and written handoffs—without theatrical hero narratives.

Our story starts with a Seoul-based delivery guild that open-sourced small lab templates; those templates matured into the cohort programs you see today, still grounded in mentor-reviewed artifacts instead of passive video libraries alone.

Principles

  • Docs-first: every lab ships with a runbook learners can diff against.
  • Measured scope: we publish what is not included to avoid false certainty.
  • Kind critique: feedback references line numbers, never vague praise alone.
  • Operational honesty: we disclose maintenance windows up front.

Milestones

  • 2023 — First mentor-reviewed cohort with shared Kubernetes sandboxes.
  • 2024 — Added observability track co-designed with two enterprise partners.
  • 2025 — Launched self-paced checkpoints with the same rubric as live cohorts.
