Your rights
Depending on your residency, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you. Requests are verified with reasonable identity checks to prevent unauthorized disclosure. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If we decline a request where permitted by law, we explain the rationale and outline appeal paths available in your jurisdiction. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea or another competent supervisory authority where applicable. Automated decision-making is not used in a way that produces legal effects concerning you without human review.
How we use data
We process enrollment details to deliver coursework, schedule mentors, and issue certificates. Telemetry from lab environments is aggregated to improve reliability; raw command transcripts are minimized and rotated on published schedules. Support conversations are stored to resolve incidents and train staff on recurring issues using de-identified excerpts when possible. Billing data is shared with processors strictly to collect fees you authorize; we do not sell personal data to data brokers. Product analytics measure feature adoption with privacy-preserving defaults; you may opt out of optional analytics cookies via the cookie banner. We do not use learner emails to advertise unrelated third-party products without explicit consent.
Retention
Account data is retained while your profile is active and for a defined cooling-off period afterward to handle disputes or regulatory inquiries. Assignment submissions may be retained longer when academic integrity reviews are pending. Backups may persist beyond primary deletion windows but are purged on rolling cycles documented internally. Corporate sponsors may negotiate alternate retention windows subject to written agreements that still respect minimum legal holds. Anonymized datasets used for curriculum research are stripped of direct identifiers before reuse. You may request deletion timelines specific to your account through the contact email.
Scope
This notice applies to the browse-feedview.digital website, learning platform subdomains we operate, and email communications sent from our domains. Linked third-party tools—such as video conferencing—have their own notices; we only integrate vendors that contractually align with our processing purposes. Offline workshops hosted at partner venues may collect attendance sheets; those collections are covered by supplemental notices provided on site. If you never create an account, we still process minimal technical logs required for security. Children under fourteen are not targeted; if we learn we collected data from a child without proper consent, we delete it promptly. Changes to scope are summarized in changelog posts when they materially alter risk.
Data collected
Identifiers include name, email, employer name when supplied, and billing references. Technical data covers IP address, device type, browser version, and coarse geolocation derived for fraud prevention. Learning data includes quiz responses, lab completion timestamps, and mentor feedback text. Cookie data is described in the Cookie Notice with category-level detail. Optional profile fields such as career goals are stored only if you choose to provide them. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories like health data for standard offerings.
Contact
Privacy questions should be emailed to hello@browse-feedview.digital with “Privacy” in the subject line for routing. Postal correspondence may be sent to the Gangnam-gu address published on the contact page. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and resolve them within thirty unless complexity requires more time, in which case we notify you. If you use an authorized agent, include signed authorization to avoid processing delays. For security-sensitive reports, use the dedicated security inbox referenced in responsible disclosure guidelines when published. Phone support is limited; email remains the primary channel for privacy rights.
Third parties
Infrastructure providers host application servers and databases under data processing agreements. Email delivery vendors transmit transactional messages with retention capped to operational needs. Payment processors receive billing details; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Analytics vendors receive truncated identifiers when optional cookies are allowed. We audit subprocessors annually and publish a summary table in the Cookie Notice categories section. Transfers outside Korea rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
