Timeframe

Individual learners may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase provided no mentor-reviewed milestone has been submitted. After the fourteenth day, partial credits may be issued for documented service interruptions exceeding twenty-four cumulative hours in a single month, evaluated case by case. Corporate bundles follow the schedule in their order form; absent language, the fourteen-day window applies per seat activation date. Refund processing aims to complete within fourteen banking days after approval. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay resolution while records are gathered. Promotional bundles that include third-party exam vouchers follow the voucher provider’s non-refundable rules once codes are revealed.

Eligibility

Eligibility requires proof of purchase and the email address tied to the enrollment. Accounts flagged for acceptable-use violations are not eligible until investigations conclude. Transfers to another learner may void refund rights for the original payer unless a written exception is granted. Partial completions beyond the first mentor checkpoint generally shift cases to credit-only remedies. Government or grant-funded seats may have alternate rules communicated at award time. Gift purchases refund to the original payment method on request from the purchaser, not the recipient, to reduce fraud.

Scope

This policy covers tuition listed on browse-feedview.digital properties operated by Pipeline Harbor at the time of sale. Add-on coaching purchased separately is refunded only if no sessions occurred. Hardware, books shipped physically, or non-digital perks are out of scope unless defective, in which case consumer warranty laws apply. Taxes collected remit according to local rules; refundable amounts exclude non-recoverable tax portions where legally required. Currency conversions use the processor’s published rate on the refund date, which may differ slightly from the purchase date. Enterprise master agreements supersede conflicting paragraphs when explicitly referenced.

Exceptions

No refunds are granted after certificates are issued unless an error is proven on our side. Cohort transfers to a later date consume one free move; additional moves may incur administrative fees disclosed before confirmation. Scholarship recipients may owe clawbacks if they withdraw after accessing paid-only materials. Force majeure events may pause cohorts; in those cases we offer rescheduling before cash refunds. If pricing errors are obvious and corrected within twenty-four hours, mistaken ultra-low transactions may be voided with notice. Abuse patterns such as serial purchases and refund requests may lead to account closure without refund.

Refund requests must include order ID, learner name, and reason sent to hello@browse-feedview.digital with “Refund” in the subject line. We may schedule a short call for high-value corporate orders to confirm intent. Authorized billing contacts must submit requests for invoice-based customers. If you disagree with an outcome, you may escalate with additional documentation within fourteen days. Postal copies are available on request for regulators reviewing consumer complaints. Phone agents, when available, still require written confirmation for audit trails.

Process

Step one: submit the email request with required identifiers. Step two: support verifies eligibility against learning activity logs. Step three: finance approves and triggers payment reversal or credit memo. Step four: you receive confirmation with expected settlement dates. Step five: if rejected, you receive cited policy sections and optional appeal instructions. Step six: closed tickets are archived according to the Privacy Notice retention rules. Consumers in the Republic of Korea retain non-waivable protections under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; where translations conflict with Korean law, statutory provisions prevail, and we cooperate with Korea Consumer Agency mediation when applicable.
